Non Return of Two Wheeler Duplicate

Sir/Madam,

Ref: 1. Proposal No. 9578

2. Two Wheeler Regist. No. TN 24W 2619 (Bajaj Platina)

I had purchased the Two Wheeler Bajaj Platina (TN 24W 2619) financed by Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd. 4/33, Sreee lakshmi Complex, 2nd Floor, Swarnapuri, Omalur Main Road, Near ANS Jwellery, Salem – 636 004 (Tamil Nadu). The financed amount was paid by me in 18 equal monthly installment of Rs.1167/-. All the cheques except one cheque i.e. 154307 dated 10.05.07 was not present by your Salem Branch for clearance, which has been paid by me in Cash vide Money Receipt No. 45963665 dt.17.06.08.

Hence, the financed amount of Rs.21000/- is cleared by me & NO DUE CERTIFICATE is due to be issued to me by the Company.

The company has returned the original RC Book, retained by them while sanctioning the loan. However the duplicate key of the two wheeler ratained by them is not yet returned by them. The company's employee had given in writing to return the key on 28.06.08. But when i called him up (Mr Sounder Rajan) he told me that the key is lost, i brusted over him over phone, after that he called me up again and told that i will get the key on monday for sure i..e 07.07. but again when i called him up on 07.07.08, he told the key is courierd & i will get in one or two days. I wanted the corier docket no but he refused me to give the courier docket no. And when i did not received any courier on 10.07.08, i again i contaced him, he is ignoring me.

i want to lodge a complaint against such nature service of the Company. Key is not a big thing, but ur word & committment matters most. if youI are not not able to return the documents u retain at the time of sanctioning of loan, then why should u keep?

I hope my complaint is given due waitage & stop such services from this type of companies.

I am enclosing the photocopy of my Bank Pass Book & the photocopy of Money Receipt No. 4593665 for your verification and onward action.

I request you to kindly issue the NO DUE CERTIFICATE & release the original Registration Certificate of Two Wheeler No. TN 24W 2619 & the Duplicate Key.

Since, I am going to transfer my two wheeler to my Native Place i.e. Assam. I need the NO DUE CERTIFICATE for RTO Clearance at the earliest.

Your kind cooperation in this regard will be highly appreciated, PLEASE TREAT THE MATTER AS URGENT.
