In July I had purchased Laptop, M/s. Bajaj Finance had sanctioned a loan (Ac No. 52091) to be repaid in SEVEN montly installments. Accordingly ECS was signed by me favoring Bajaj Finance.
As the last installment was falling on 5th of January I was surprised to receive a SMS in February from Bajaj Finace, to keep sufficient balance in my account. I had contacted the concern person (Mr. DEshmukh from Thane office - Cell No : 9920801144), who had assured that, the excess installment so deducted from my account shall be repaid to me within 10 days.
However to my astonisment after lapse of one and half month i am not been paid with illegitimataly deducted amount so far. moreover whenever i visit the sellers (M/s. Geonet) shop i only been given assurance, which so far never materialised, that it will paid within weeks time.
