Rejection of Consumer Loan

Dear Sir,

My self I am Chartered Accountant, working in the reputed company. My salary of Rs. 25000 pm. I had apply for Loan of Rs. 9130 with down payment of Rs. 5170 with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Loan was rejected because of staying in the Negative Area as per Bank Requirement. My Salary is Rs. 25000 and i can make the payment in one stroke at any point of time and second thing if i am not make the payment to Bank and if bank complint to Institute of Chartered Accountats of india than my membership cancelled. So, as reputed person i am unable to got the loan.
