There Karnal dealer has been mis guiding the customers

Sir,

I have purchased platina on 10/12, now some inherint problem have crope up with both the wheels, it some how more with the rear wheel & less with the front wheel. Due to which bike starts bubling

for that i have approached your dealer Ekta Automobiles, G.T. Road, Karnal, but have have clearly denied that co has provide any warranty regarding that, which outwrightly against wtat is provided in the service book, So kindly do the needful and solve the problem
