I bought a Kutchina electric chimney from Bajoria Appliances Pvt. Ltd. in April. The chimney is supplied with 4 free services in the first year. I have already availed the first service and my second free service is due. Despite of repeated efforts of contacting the service centre continuously for 3 days I have not been able to do so. When I contacted the customer care department of the company they were absolutely unresponsive and refused to help in this case categorically stating that I have to sort this problem myself. But if I am unable contact the service center how can I solve the problem. Please Help.
