Gas delivery delay

My consumer no is 622694.I am resident of Vrindavan Apt, sect 20Airoli, Navi Mumbai. Dealer name is Balaji.

I have booked my cylinder on 22 January 08, but till today I have not got the refill cylinder. When ever I called to Balaji, it busy and if I connected no body answered only two lines available. And if I connected to Balaji Office the person who pickup the phone his not able to any Language Marathi, Hindi, English, Answer like a “ha ha, Kal Miljaga” but no solutions.

I like to advice HP please open one more agency in Airoli area who service promptly to your consumers.

Every time I complaint regarding same, but nobody bothers about this in Balaji Office.

Your help in this matter will be highly appreciated.
