PF of Previous Employer not Transferred to New PF A/C

Sir

I had left my job in Sep and Joined a New Company. My PF of Previous Employer is still pending to my New PF A/C. The Regiioner Office of Bareilly has given me a Duplicate copy of Settelement papers (Fomr-K & Dispatch Report, Status Report) in which it is clearly mentioned the Cheque no. Amount & all other dispatched related details.

I have tried to Contact to PF Office Gorakhpur more than 5 times on phone as well as I sent Fax copy of that Papers.

But they are saying that Form-K is not showing Year wise Pension Amount.

I asked them if Bareilly PF office has already sent all document to you through Speed Post then Why I should bother to collect all these information for you.

As a status till now 3years have been past but my Pf Amount is not trasferred to my new PF A/c.

kindly advice me what is the action to be taken against them.
