On 6 th of August'08, our electricity transformer for meter no. BGIP 544 got burned. We gave a telephonic complain for the same to the Junior Engineer. We were told that a new transfomer would be installed in 2 weeks time, which has not been done till date. We have spoken to the Asst. Executive Engineer too. Every time to call them they say it will be done in two days.
Kindly help as this tranformer is linked to our borewell, without the transformer being repaired it cannot work.
