The person manning the Nandini outlet located near East End Circle, J.P. Nagar 3rd Phase, outlet number (618) behaves very rudely with all the customers. I have been noticing this for quite some time now. Some days back, I asked him if I could get a carry bag for carrying 4 packets of milk and his response was far from professional. The other time I wanted to buy half liter milk and gave him a 10 rupee note, he asked me to give change and when I said I didn't have change, he refused to give me milk. His behavior is unpardonable. I am submitting this complaint in hope of management doing the needful to correct this person's utterly disgusting behavior.
One more question that I have is that this outlet is manned by two people one of whom seems quite young and below the age of 18 to me (I don't think he will be 15 also and I wonder how is an underaged guy employed in the first place?), both of these persons are unprofessional, irrational, and extremely rude to put it very mildly.
Please do the needful, such people will definitely harm and bring disrepute to the institution that serves so many people.
