I had ordered flowers from this portal to be sent to my husbands office on his birthday! Since I live in a different city I had to use the online portal. Though I had placed the order quite a few days in advance, the flowers were not delivered on that day. In the evening when I called them up they made some silly excuse about a lot of traffic on the road! They said they could deliver the next day but by that time I was really angry. They spoilt the nice Birthday surprise I had planned for my husband! There is no point in delivering the flowers the next day! The Birthday itself is precious... the next day has no meaning... I demanded my money back... however I cannot forgive them for ruining my surprise gift! DO NOT use this service for sending flowers to anyone in Bangalore... they are not worth the effort!
