Sir,

on 2n of feb09 i have to board gaya for going pbh by train 2875 at midnight3.20am i phoned to 139 and got information hte train is running late by 39 min.i reached the station by 3.45am i missed the train the passed on right time

i suffer alot because no other means was available on that day any how i manaed to reach there at 8.30 pm instead of 9.30am i missed my office

so please ensure first before passing any information to customer about delay because it is regular pratise of 139 to pass false information make your channel more strengthen
