NO cash payment recieved but debited fom account

Sir,

I would bring to your notice that on 3-5-08 I had tried to withdraw Rs 2000 from bank of Baroda ATM branch Basantlok, New delhi (ATM ID 1FDDEL27) using my Canara Bank ATM card. The transaction was declined (Seq No1139). Later when I checked my bank account (No.1484101028072) I noticed that the amount of Rs.2000 was debited from my account. When I contacted Canara bank in this regard I was directed to contact Bank of Baroda for the same. I had contacted Bank of Baroda and submitted an application in this regard (submitted another application to Canara Bankas well). They promised to credit the money back to my account. But have not done so till date.

Please help me get back my money.
