NON DELIEVERY OF ATM CARD

I want to draw your attention towards non delievery of my atm card. on 29.06.09 i have open a new saving a/c in bank of baroda faridabad branch no.5j 103. and submitted the atm form on 01.07.09 and they promise me to deliever my card on my mailing address and ask me not to make any querey in bank regarding this i try to know about status by helpline but they also didnt give me satisfactory answer so pls help me and provide me solution.
