I Rajan kumar holding account number 09040100004600 and card number 4029850218617360 at bank of baroda malancha branch, kharagpur, dist - paschim mednipur, west bengal.
sir, on 25 july at 11.25 am (according to my mini statement) I went to withdraw Rs 15000 from ATM and i entered the amount and password correctly afterthat i heard the money counting sound form the ATM machine, but the shetter from where the money comes out it does not opened and the money did not came out. After that again i checked my balance and i found that Rs 15000/- debited from my account. I immediately informed to the ATM security he advised me to go to the manager, then i given a written complain to the manager and he told me to wait minimum 10 day's after that Rs 15000/-will be credited in my account by the bank. while i am giving this complain it is 59th day from the date of incident no decesion has been taken from the branch manager or from the head office, mumbai. I also tried to contact at toll free number 1800 220 400 and i talked about these matter. they told me that they not got the overge (extra money form the ATM) but i seen that the branch manager has send the overge to the mumbai office by courier and several time the mail sent to the mumbai office. what is the motive behind this i cant understand, why they dont want refund my money . these is ATM's fault.
please, take quick action towards my problem.
