Dear Sir/Madam,

Today, I visited DAV school branch Sector 10A Gurgaon, to deposit cash. I requested cashier to ensure the Bank a/c No of the recipient and credit the amount in account to use for receipient medical urgency at Kutch, Gujarat.

But he had not ensured the A/c No before depositing cash and also told me that he would sent this money to dead account, if Number would not be match.

I had verified account no by other staff of the bank then and there itself, after deposit the money.

As of now I checked out with the recipient he has not received money in his A/c.

Now at this stage, where to go, bank staff not ready to give me the any anwser or zonal office nos. Branch manager is not there.

Please help me to getback my money from branch. Also I would like to file the case against the cashier for his behaviour.
