I didn't receive my money by atm, but my account is debited

Espected sir,

i have an account in bank of India, Ratnagiri branch. my brother sent 10.000rs.to my account on 3rd October. i tried to withdraw my 10.000rs.but ATM always show "sorry unable to process".

bank of India said that i withdraw my cash at 2.35pm on 3rd October.

sir, i tried that day in state bank of India, Indian bank and Dena banks ATM in Chinchwad, Pune.

bank of india gave some information about with draw -
