Sir my self name is ranjeet and i lived in nurpur (himachal pardesh).
i am student of bca 4th in PTU nurpur and i make draft in state bank of patiyal (SBP) branch nurpur
they create wrong draft.
the actual draft desing for "registrar p.tu" payabale at jullandhar but the make "registrat ptu " payable at simla and my draft come back for university and now university demand me fine for late fee when i ask the bank person to change the draft and also fill my late fee.
they refuse to fill the late fee.
suggest me what i do right now
