Fraud and Mental Harrasement by Barclay Credit Card Department

I have recieved Barclay Credit Card 2 months prior.

Then I recieved a statement stating that I have to make the payment for Rs.3208 which was made from by Barclay Credit Card without my instruction/initiation as against ICICI Lombard Insurance Policy Premium (4034/BPP/03139407/00/000).

1] Policy Premium Payment without my instruction/initiation

2] The credit card statement did not reach me on time

This Policy was cancelled immediately by informing to ICICI Lombard people.

3] The amount credited back to my Barclay credit card was only the partial amount, it was not done fully.

4] I have been asked to pay the amount on due date even if I have cancelled the ICICI Lomabard Policy.

WHY SHOULD I PAY THE AMOUNT?

I WANT TO CLOSE MY BARCLAY CREDIT CARD TODAY.

This is a kind of harassment done against me.

This is a mental torture, mental tension.

I am fed up following up with them

This issue has been escalated since last 1 month.

I have called 35 times, mailed 20 times to [email protected]

and also sent a hard copy to Nariman Point office.

Still my problem is not resolved.

I want to close this Barclay Credit Card at the earliest.

Kindly take my complaint and resolve at the earliest.
