Fraud and Cheating

Hi,

This is to bring to your notice that Barclays which is one of the reputed bankin UK is showing such a bad reputation in India and the way they cheat innocent customers

2-3 weeks back I got a call from Barclay Priority Circle representative first two or three time i refuse for any services because i thought they will ask for some charges but that representative told it will be completly free of cost and i can avail the facility of IRC hotels absolutely free with out any charges. I confirmed from the rep "are you sure there no charges "... he said NONE... so i asked i would like to avail this facility.

Now when i have received the statement it shows me a charge of Rs.6000.

I have not accepted any of schemes and I have not received any relevant documents regarding any scheme. More over I am not at all interested any of these schemes.

I find this situation very cheap.

I am spending considerable time in writing this note. I want some one to look in to this matter immediately and cancel the priority circle membership.
