We have availed business loan from Barclays Bank, Chennai, South India and now we are not able to pay monthly EMI regulalrly due to
high interest and indirect charges. So we have requested Barclays bank, Chennai representaive to arrive settlement to our loan account no: 00002198410 and they are not still doing that. So we are facing very hardship now. We have been approaching Barclays, Chennai representative for the past two months, but they are still reluctant to do this. Hope this complaint letter will favour us at the earliest.
