I have lost my Barclays Bank Credit Card last year month of November and same time I blocked my card through Barclays Credit Card customer care. After 10 days I got a new card on the behalf of my lost card I did not aware fraud which has been happened on the same day when I lost my card. After 20 days of card lost I got a call from Barclays about my dues which was around 30, 000. After that I talked to customer care 4 to 5 time to know the statuse of my complaint but every time I got a same reply (Your case in process) and still I haven't got any call from Barclay about my complaint status. And now I am getting call for the payment.
This is the way to get money from the CUSTOMER by these Banks. I have been fade up and going to Consumer Court with my problem.
