Non satisfactory service

this is Alok a residencee of J.P GARDEN ESTATE MOHAN NAGAR GHAZIABAD U.P01

In our paradise we have only basant online net connection services available.

we can not even think of any other net service provider to ask service for. we have given 1500/- as a non refundable security to the service provider, along with that sum of 1000/- rupee for other hardwares and 840/-rupees for desired package (128 kbps).

despite of several regular complaints for connectivity and speed we are always left unsatisfied with aforesaid problem.we cannot quit the services as well as we prominently need internet.

kindly consider our case and take necessary actions.
