Defective Bata Shoes Sole

I have purchased Bata shoes from Parel Showroom (Near ITC) on 13 rd february for Rs.1300/-. Today on 27th February my shoe sole has come out, I had to rush by Taxi to the showroom for replacement, I had to purchase new pair of flotters instead of getting replacement for same for which I had to spend Rs.490/- which was very much disappointing. I am very much disappointed and dis satisfied with Bata shoes service and want to log complaint related to same.
