Shoes got torned out within three days

I bought one pair of shoes from Bata wholesale (Detail Address given below) with 50% concession and at that time I was told it will come under 6 month guaranty. I have bill slip also. But unfortunately within two days my shoes sole got torned out. After that I went to them and I was told that this time they will repair it and after that they will not be responsible for further damage as this pair is of 50% concession. After repairing, it again got in worst condition within one day and now the shopkeeper refused to take them back. With this incidence I lost my money and along with this it hurts my dignity in front of my office colleagues.
