Studio refusing for weeding album & movie, we already pay whole amount of movie & album

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Bhupinder from H.No-208 (Huda Plots), Panchkula, sector-19. Last year (6th Feb) i was married & i hired Batra Studio (His cell no-09217879999) for pics & movie, after marriage, he has taken whole commited amount (7500/- cash) from us, but still we are waiting for pics & movie & now he is not picking our phone, Kindly suggest me what to do now.
