Civic Problem - Bad Roads

I would like to bring the below issue to BBMP authorities.

The road in 5th Main, 7th Cross [Chikka Gurappa Layout] in Malleshpalya – Bangalore – 560075 is never been tared despite of being thickly populated.

Being a responsible citizen I could expect a positive reply from your side.
