Bangalore BBMP office staff at kundalahalli are taking bribes

Respected sir,

Today I visited BBMP office at kundalahalli Bangalore to pay house tax.

The staffs over there use their junior staff in communicating with the customers (poor citizens like me and you)

Firstly they dont give attention.

Then

After verifying our documents they say that bribe would cost 2500 rupees, else you may need to pay 5000 more to govt.

Point is that, why Commisioner of BBMP not taking measures educate their staff to be honest.

I want my indian citizens to honest. Do something.
