Frequent break in service, noisy phone

Resident of Kalyanpur Lucknow, I am having BSNL telephone (0522 2751428) and DSL service. Since I got the DSL service, my phone is too noisy and have to repeat every sentence several times as well as internet never stays online continuous even for 5 minutes.

After several complaints no effect. Perhaps BSNL has no ears to listen or they dont care their customers. I am cursing the time when I decided to choose BSNL. A worst decision of my life.

I REQUEST ALL MY NATIVES PLEASE KEEP AWAY WITH BSNL IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SMILES ALIVE ON YOUR FACE.
