Sir i buy a stb for your dealer on october 11 and my bc no. in 01506688121 and srl # a889ABF32SM52153 first three days all channel are come but after october 14 star and sony channels are locked and a message displayed on the screen no access please contact to our subscriber. so please check my bc no 01506688121 is fully activated by the service provider because i tryed to contact bu ther is no reply.
