Non functionig of bradband service

I have HOME 250 pln but from the first dat service is not satisfactory

after connection of bsnl connection i dont get server is not availale

so many time quick disconnection is observed

my tele phone no. is 0755-2426273

pl give me regular connection of bradband without any disturbance
