Not Received the Money back

Good Morning Sir,

I was worked with BEBITZ FLANGES WORKS PVT. LTD., BOISAR, THANE DIST, I left this company on 31st December. and send my forms and documents to EPF office kandivali, Mumbai in May&-#039;09.

They were told me that i will get my money with in 45Days. But i am not received any amount yet.

My PF no is MH/93910/217

Please look into matter & do the needful.
