Claryfy the second Ticket

Dear Sir,

My name is p.v.v.satyanarayana. I booked two tickets from hyderabad to mumbai & Mumbai to Hyderabad 03.12.09& 04.12.09. I received only one ticket, that is hyderabad to mumbai dated as on 03.12.09 booking id number is FLT00007911152. Another ticket is not received from Mumbai to Hyderabad dated as on 04.12.09.Booking ID Number is no Known. But in My Sbi Debit Card balance is reduce to two tickets. so please claryfy the second ticket as early as possible.
