BEL, icici prudential mutual fund
Not yet received statement from icici

I have taken icici prudential fund on SIP for Rs.5000 in the month of march but till now i have not received any statement from icici, please telll me how to find my account statement, i dont even have the folio number, but i have the check no. please help me.
