Complaint against AVA MERCHANDISING

I had placed an order as per mail confirmation from AVA merchandising as below on 15th July. However when i tried to track my order from Customer Care, it says that the order no. # 100000165 is in the name of Mr. Anand Kulkarni.

I have called up their Customer Care a number of times however they keep saying that their server is down and please call back later. I have written to their Executive Shilpi Trehan. Initially on 17th July i got a response saying that they are investigating the issue, however after that none of them have responded.

Request you to please help in sorting out the issue.
