I have submitted my PF/EPS claim form in your office on 30.06.2008 at Kandivli, Mumbai. I have not got my PF/EPS claim amount till today. I have visited several times at your office and contacted to Clerk, H.C. AAO. They had replied me, it will be settled with in due course. But till today, it was not settled by them. Many infomations given to me by oral or writing.
I herewith request you to please look into the matter and settle the claim within 7days. Receive this letter by you and forward to informaiton by writing as early as possible.
