We have been a customer of INDANE GAS since long vide our consumer no. BI1911 of your distributor M/S-BERHAMPUR INDANE SERVICE, GIRI ROAD, HILPATNA, BERHAMPUR, PIN-760005, DIST-GANJAM

STATE-ORISSA.PH-NO.-0680-2291450. VIDE THEIR DISTRIBUTOR'S CODE NO-89023076

1. The above distributor manipulate in quantity in each cylinder since last one year in INDANE GAS mentioned gross weight as per cylinder of the company, He manipulate in quantity in cylinder in his own godown.

2. The above distributor supplied the domestic gas cylinder to commercial people in manipulate way

for (e.g. He is booking false name for the new connection of INDANE GAS, since long. Actually the distributor invests new connection fees of false name people from his own pocket for making manipulation to supply of INDANE GAS to commercial people of CITY BERHAMPUR).we the domestic INDANE GAS customers harassed to by the distributors for supply of domestic indane gas.

3.The distributors non officially appointed many brokers (dalals) for supply of domestic indane gas to commercial people by taking extra money i.e Rs 50/- (fifty) from brokers (dalals).

4. Due to this type of corruption by BERHAMPUR INDANE SERVICE vide distributor code no. 89023076 the actually domestic customers are suffering by the above distributors .we request you investigate this matter by your vigilance staff and inquiry to each customers.
