This is regarding my worst experience with Best Balaji pakcers Delhi
Office is Rastogi Compound, Behind Mata Mandir Delhi (Up Border Chikamberpur Gaziabad) Phone No: 91- 11- 64139454 Mobile No: 91- 9350757744, 91- 9717317044, 91- 9971549254.
I hired them to deliver my house goods and car from Delhi to Mumbai. They have done fraud with me and they are not trusted one.
Below are the worst experiences I have with them during my relocation.
1. Damage my car: They damaged my car (Swift) while delivering. I got a call form them that tomorrow morning we will deliver your car at your home, however tomorrow morning I again got a call from them stating that they have lost my car’s key in the night and asked me to come at Virar to pick my car with duplicate key. I reached there after traveling 100 KM and found my car was standing outside the Police station with lot of damages (at bumper, keys are lost, number plates are gone, tyres are brusted). After lot of struggle I got my care from them. And then Best Balaji refuse to me give any compensation.
2. Unloading not done: They charged me money (also promised) for unloading of my household stuff to my house in Mumbai
However when they delivers they just put my stuff outside of my house and no unloading was done.
3. Damage for goods: They have done lot of damages for my household goods e.g. photo frames, refrigerator, AC etc.
They damaged all my crockery’s. And later on they did not give any compensation.
I have deal with Parveen and Pardeep from their team and his number is 9310217744.
I would again suggest never hire this packers, instead of this better hire local one. As they are very totally fraud.
