Not getting refund

Sir.

I hereby assigned in this undersigned letter would like to state that I am a investor as I had invested for 196 equity shares of ur company

Which is having a value of Rs 480 each . for which I had sent a amount of Rs 94, 080 My application number is 1963829 and my name is Sanjiv vig

And thwe application was sent for 196 equty shares. Now my query is since I had sent this cheque on12/12 I should have received either the allotment or the amount should have been refunded but since I haven’t received any allotment of the shares nor I have received the amount back . so I hereby would request the concerned authorities to please look into this matter and kindly reply back to me as soon as possible
