Myself Ghanshyam Shinkar Has shifted my family in the month of may to chinchwad, pune. i have enquired about the new gas connection the person from the gas agency denied for the new connection as he told that the connections are not available till diwali

is it true or he is lying if he is lying then plz. help me to get new connection.
