I was the member of Provident fund scheme of Aluminium Company of India Limited Employees Provident fund, 2 Mangoe Lane, Calcutta 1 and was allotted P.F.Account No. WB/1237/1740 by the said company. The fund was managed by trust as named above.
I resigned the company on 30th December 1967 and joined Kanoria Chemicals & Industries Ltd. PO: RENUKOOT, DISTT: SONEBHADRA (earlier named as MIRZAPUR) U.P., and our Organisation has been allotted P.F.Account No. UP/1935/464. and my Provident fund account was managed by the Regional Provident fund Commissioner, C-12/4A, 3rd floor, Maldahiya, Varanasi (U.P).
I moved an application for transfer of my P.F. accumulation with the above Aluminium Company Trust. But inspite of repeated requests & reminders, the same has not been transferred so far. I also approached Central Provident fund Commissioner with the request to intervene in the matter & get the PF dues transferred in the present account. However, there has been no appreciable progress in the matter. I got a simple reply from the office of the Regional Provident fund Commissioner, that, the matter is under investigation and I would be informed in due course.
Now, I aged 73 yrs and having different type of chronic diseases, also I can’t move to your office frequently. I am in an urgent need of money for the further treatment.
