Delay in delivering gas, phone held up etc

Dear Sir,

My consumer No. is 5164 and I am residing in S-281, Greater Kailash, Part-II, New Delhi-48. The agent appointed by your company in our area is Ashoka Stores, K-1/51, Chitranjan Park, New Delhi - 19.

I am fed up with the poor services of Ashoka Stores for several years. They have practice to delivered gas after 20-25 days of booking. They keep handset down of telephone and held up their landline to avoid answering consumers which can be verified. The behavior of their staff is such that they are obliging us by delivering gas after 20-25 days and are not scared of anybody instead they threaten if we shout they will delay gas for more period. I booked gas on 13.09.2009 and is delivered today i.e.05.10.2009 after my several visits and efforts. We do not understand why company is so liberal with such agents whose reputation in whole area is so bad and why their agencies are not suspended. They are famous for torturing and harrasing consumers. We have always to visit their shop to remind them the dates of booking. We have several time pointed out them why they keep handset down and the reply is it is non of our business. An immediate action is required to
