Dear sir,

I am living in jhansi and i have a domestic lpg connection of bharat gas. The consumer no of connection is 12164 Name-Sanjay kumar gupta Address-645, D`cruz compound, Masiha ganj, Sipri bazar, Jhansi. and My Distributor is M/S Surya gas agency. I have booked my refill on 03/05

and till now i could not get my refill cylinder. I have complained three times to distributor but he did not take any action. every time i have to complain 4-5 times distributor takes minimam 20 days to give the refill. Many customer like me are fedup with distributor. In jhansi there are many cars are running by lpg .and here is not any lpg filling station for cars so i thing the gas is being black marketed.

so please register my complaint and kindly make sure my home delivery of lpg.
