Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I (Annapurna) am facing a big problem regarding delivery of gas cylinders. I have gas connection in Friends Gas Service (Bharat Gas Agency) Add - 4B Bharat Nagar, New Friends colony, New Delhi - 110065. /They do not deliver the gas cylinder at time. Everytime they deliver it after 10 or 15 days. And this time a month gone but they have not diliver the cylinder yet. I booked it on 13-Jan. As I have a big family (my husband and children), I am in a big trouble. They sell cylinder to the non consumer at higher rates. They are doing black marketing of our cylinders.
Please help me by taking appropriate in against of agency.
