I had called Bharat Gas Dealer in Pimple saudaguar. They dont know how to talk to customer... Before asking any queries, they just cut off the phone... I tried to connect them thrice... The phone is either busy or ringing.. They dont pick up calls...

Is this a way to handle customers?
