False information & non delivery of refill

My consumer number is 16657.

Rose Flames, distributors of Bharat Gas, Ernakulam, Kerala, had registered my direct personal booking of LPG cylinder on September 5th and informed me that a new cylinder would be delivered in 25 days.

When I went to meet them today, October 18, the agency says that they have not taken my booking as I have a 'dormant' account and need to produce a verification that I am the original consumer.

Why did the agency not mention about the said letter when I went to their office to book my cylinder? Why is my booking not registered when I had seen them registering the same on September 15?

To say that the officials of the agency behaved rudely would be polite.

Hoping to get my refill cylinder soon.
