REGARDING NOT DELIVERY OF GAS

Dear Sir/Mam

We had Booked our LPG on 6.02.09 but still we could not recieve it. when I went for complaint two to three times at Agency the staff told me that you have to put priority after 21 days of booking and when I went on 27 Feb 09. My complaint have noted as priority. But still we could, nt recieve it when I again complain then the staff told me that You have to go at Godown to recieve it.when we went on 3.03.09 at godown we stand in que for a long time but still we could, nt recieve it.
