Gas has leakage and still there is no replacment

Hi,

I am staying iin PImple Saudagar and I got a gas cylinder on 18th July. This cylinder has leakage which we saw later. Now when we informed the office still there hasnt been any replacement till date. I have got fed up of calling the person. No action is been taken till date. This is annoying and resiky. Have kept the cylinder in Terrace since its very risky.
