Each time I book the cylinder it is delivered only after 10 -15 days or sometimes even more. This time I have made the booking on September 23, but the same has not been delivered. Each time I call the agency, Madam Enterprises in Madiwala, Bangalore, they say that it will be delivered that day but the same is not yet delivered. Please help.
