Non delivery of cylinder even after 1 month

Dear sir

my reg. no.19418 (bharat gas- sreelaxmi gas agency -udaya giri, trivendrum), i booked cylinder on 18 sep 2009.Till now they didn't deliver the cylinder.every day i am calling to the office but they didn't respond. Even i informed area manager but he couldn't make it.
