I am a consumer with Bharat Gas (Rashmi Agency, Krishnarajapuram, Bangalore).
I had booked a gas on 22nd Jan (by phone) and I was promised delivery within 10 days.
Last Monday (28th Jan) I went again to check up whether the booking was made.
Apparently it was not and the lady at the counter promised me a delivery within two days.
As it did not arrive by Wednessday (30th) I called up again, at which time they promised me a delivery on the same day (Wednessday). Offcourse there was no delivery on Wednessday.
I called up today (Thursday) again and they have once again promised me the delivery today (it hasn't yet come).
I tried calling at the manager's number which they gave me.
When I call at this number, it continuously rings, but no one picks up.
Does not Bharat Gas have any quality control checks on their agencies?
